You will be greeted by a member of our front desk team before filling out any new patient paperwork if it has not already been submitted. We will then escort you to a treatment room where the details of your visit will be explained. After asking if you would like a bottle of water or blanket to improve your comfort, we will discuss any concerns or anxieties about dental care before reviewing your medical history. We will take necessary vitals as well as digital X-rays before a thorough examination and polishing are completed by one of our hygienists. Our dentist will then come in to perform an oral cancer screening and review the findings. If a customized treatment plan is necessary, it will be provided to you and further discussed.
Time is a precious commodity and one we don’t want to take too much of. This is why we make it easier for you to download new patient paperwork at home. Simply fill out the forms and bring them with you to your appointment. Our team will then quickly work to enter your information into our system so you can spend less time waiting in the lobby.
We are an out-of-network dental office, but we care deeply about helping our patients save. This is why we only collect a portion of a patient’s fees during their visit. We then bill the insurance company, on the patient’s behalf, to collect the remaining fees. This makes it easier for patients to feel less stressed during a dental appointment.
